Suitable for indoors or outdoors and requiring minimal maintenance, our meticulously handwoven chairs bring style without compromising function.
The beautiful Bett features a solid frame of durable teak, covered with synthetic rattan woven tightly and carefully into a classic triangle pattern – woven to a mid-point in the centre of the seat and back. This pattern is often seen in coastal or Scandi designs.
This Bett has a striking appearance yet blends effortlessly with contemporary designs.
Bett and her sisters – Zara, Selenay and Diola – are comfortable and durable and, importantly, require minimal upkeep.

This product is handmade using natural materials ensuring each piece is distinctively different and possesses unique characteristics.
Small variations or imperfections in colour, design, size and finish may occur from piece to piece. Products made from rattan may present tonal variations within the fibre which are not considered faults. Minor natural defects or leaching of natural oils may be present in natural timbers and are not considered faults.
Rattan may be used outdoors for undercover areas, but it is best to avoid direct sunlight or exposure to the elements. Sunlight over time will dry out and discolour your cane furniture and lead to tears and breakage.
To keep your rattan looking fresh, use a damp cloth to wipe it down regularly. To restore dry rattan, apply linseed oil with a brush then wipe it clean with a soft cloth. Allow it to dry before use. Although rattan may be used outdoors for undercover areas, it is best not to leave it in the sun or otherwise exposed to the elements.
