Joining the popular Haus family of indoor/alfresco area hanging chairs is the Savannah Swing. The Savannah reflects its name – offering you an inviting, natural escape in a relaxing, woven, egg-shaped cocoon.
An Indonesian ‘savannah’ is an area of rugged hills and expansive grasslands often turning to rolling hills and vibrant pastures in the wet season. This chair is designed to give you a cozy, comfortable place to survey and enjoy your own landscape, read a book or just chill.
The Savannah has open areas on each side of the seating pod, making it easier to grab a drink or book without having to get up.
Like its sister chair, the Cove, the Savannah is carefully handwoven into an open square pattern from sustainably-sourced materials for airflow and strength. No two chairs will ever be exactly alike – but they will all create a place and atmosphere to swing peacefully and breathe slowly.

This product is handmade using natural materials ensuring each piece is distinctively different and possesses unique characteristics.
Small variations or imperfections in colour, design, size and finish may occur from piece to piece. Products made from rattan may present tonal variations within the fibre which are not considered faults. Minor natural defects or leaching of natural oils may be present in natural timbers and are not considered faults.
Rattan may be used outdoors for undercover areas, but it is best to avoid direct sunlight or exposure to the elements. Sunlight over time will dry out and discolour your cane furniture and lead to tears and breakage.
To keep your rattan looking fresh, use a damp cloth to wipe it down regularly. To restore dry rattan, apply linseed oil with a brush then wipe it clean with a soft cloth. Allow it to dry before use. Although rattan may be used outdoors for undercover areas, it is best not to leave it in the sun or otherwise exposed to the elements.
