Haus of Rattan Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind you may return the product within 7 days of the date of (a) purchase, for warehouse instore purchases, or (b) delivery, for online purchases, provided that the product is:

• all returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).

• complete your return within 7 days of the date of your order;

• original shipping costs to you will not be refunded including items with shipping included;

• You will be refunded in full for the value of the product less a 20% restocking fee to cover Haus of Rattan’s administrative costs and expenses incurred in handling and cancelling the order.

Clearance and Sale Products

Cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you return an item not in perfect, unused condition, we reserve the right to decline your credit or exchange.
